2014 Rincon Surf Classic Recap

Santa Barbara's oldest surf contest had its 31st annual meet up this past weekend along the beautiful Rincon, known to many surfers as the "Queen of the Coast".  The waves were pumping and conditions were beautiful for the 2014 Channel Islands Surfboards Rincon Classic, presented by Hurley.  Winners of each category received a beautiful custom skateboard from Arbor Santa Barbara.

The standout photo and win of the Rincon Classic goes to Arbor team rider Abby Brown, who took home the Wahine (Girls) division as well as the Under 17 video contest.  Her surf session during the Women's Finals heat with some friendly dolphins topped off a perfect Santa Barbara surf weekend.  You can check out Jon Shafer's photos of the final day of the Rincon Classic on the Santa Barbara Surfer's website here.  More information, news, photos and videos of the 2014 Rincon Classic can be found on the event's website.
