June Slyde Stoke Ambassador: Joe Nickerson

Welcome swimmer, bodysurfer and former Huntington Beach Junior Lifeguard Joe Nickerson to Slyde Handboards' Stoke Ambassador program!  Joe has been swimming competitively since the age of 6, and has competed in the last five USA Swimming Junior Olympics where he medaled in more than one event.  He loves the ocean and bodysurfs year round to better his form and learn new tricks.  He won the Chubascos Bodysurfing Championships in Huntington Beach and he placed 11th at the World Bodysurfing Championships in Oceanside in 2011.  Congratulations Joe, welcome to the team and thanks for helping to spread the stoke!
