The Slyde Team is so stoked to share with you our official

Slyde Handboards California Tour schedule.  

Be prepared for summer 2015 to be of Epic proportions.

  • Saturday, May 23rd - SUMMER KICK-OFF MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND @ Salt Creek 8am
  • Saturday, May 30th @ Nick Gabaldon Day is from 8-2pm at Bay Street (Santa Monica)
  • Saturday, June 6th @ Scripps Pier La Jolla 8am
  • Monday, June 8th(World Ocean Day) will be celebrated at Tower 24 Santa Monica 8-3
  • Saturday, June 13th @ Beacons in Encinitas 8am
  • Saturday, June 20th @ International Surfing Day with SurfRider @ Huntington Beach 8am-1pm
  • Saturday, June 27th @ SF Ocean Beach
  • Sunday, June 28th@ 26th Ave. Santa Cruz
  • Saturday, July 4th @  Trestles 8AM! - Happy 4th of July!!!  
  • Saturday, July 18th @ Cardiff
  • Saturday, July 25th @ Oceanside Pier
  • Saturday, August 1st @ International Bodysurf Championship at Manhattan Beach
  • Saturday, August 8th @ Chubascos Competition
  • Saturday, August 15th@ Huntington Beach
  • Saturday & Sunday, August 22nd & 23rd “World Bodysurfing Competition” Oceanside
  • Saturday August 29th - END OF SUMMER BASH - El Morro

Events listed in blue are Slyde Handboards events, the crew will be there demo-ing boards and spreading the stoke.  Any in orange the Slyde team will most likely be there to support the bodysurfing community and hang out, but will probably not be demo-ing!

She begin her career in the NYC fashion industry working with fashion and internet pioneer, Bluefly.com However, due the constant "nagging" of her entrepreneurial spirit, her crush on surfing, and hardcore love for the ocean, she chosen to call San Diego home for the past 10 years. On the west coast she 's chased waves & enlightenment working alongside "Gurus" in the online marketing & personal development industries. It in May 2012 she found her true Zen & Stoke, and joined the Slyde Handboards Team.

Bula hand board

This handboard is exactly what I was looking for. The size and craftsmanship is fantastic! I have gotten some great rides with this board. Super fun.

Ready for the Senior Tour

I received my Slyde Phish just before 2 weeks of gloomy weather. Now that I’ve had a chance to road test it, I can’t wait to get back in the water.

Growing up in Long Island NY, body surfing was my first wave gliding experience. Typically we would drive straight to shore so surfing the diagonal has been a learning curve.

I look forward to many great sets this summer.

So much fun!

These little boards are amazing! We bought a couple to bring with us to Hawaii and had a blast.. super easy to travel with, just fit right in my backpack. Made riding the waves so much fun and worked just as good as a full sized boogie board one of my friends had. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to try it out again!

I recently been spending a lot of time on the North Shore of Oahu, and there’s nothing better than the Bula for bigger more intense surf. Too much fun brah! Mahalo nui loa!
