San Diego Surf Film Festival

The San Diego Surf Film Festival (SDSFF) just announced its lineup of independent international surf films that will transport viewers into evolving surf cultures around the world. The SDSFF’s 2012 program offers 13 amazing feature length films and nearly two dozen short films throughout the three-day festival weekend, May 11-13th, 2012 at the world famous Bird’s Surf Shed.

“We have films from our own beautiful backyard to films navigating every corner of the globe,” said Pierce Michael Kavanagh, a San Diego native and one of the SDSFF founders. “I am really impressed with all the talented filmmakers making it happen around the world. It’s refreshing to see their heart and soul poured into these films. For filmmakers, these films mean everything.”
