Cartel: Collaborative Arts LA Presents Brokechella 2012

As Cartel: Collaborative Arts LA aptly words it: "A concert in the spirit of the festival none of us could afford."

Music, food, art and drinks minus the sweltering sun and prohibitive price tag.
