The annual even takes place on June 17th 2017 was started in 2005 by Surfing Magazine & the Surfrider Foundation, so that surfers from around the world can come together in celebration of this great sport and give something back to the oceans and beaches.
“There will be surf paddle-outs, surf lessens, SUP demonstrations, yoga on the beach, surf industry displays, beach cleanups, and music,” Duke Aipa, the H/SB Chapter’s Surf Ambassador, added, “There’s no better place to celebrate ISD
than Huntington Beach. I hope that people will have fun riding the boards we’ll have out to demo.”
