We have spent nearly 4 years rethinking and redesigning the new Slyde handboard bag.

Let us explain...

This is the 2nd edition board bag, version 2.0, with some added enhancements from customer feedback and requests. Keep in mind this bag was originally released in 2014.  The main features below have withstood the test of time with some minor improvements (to make this old school video still relevant today.)

Durability

We placed far more focus on not only durability,  we really honed in on board protection, with almost double the amount of protection with added padding on the body and an extra strong lining, that really protects ground drops . Our boards are tough. but we want you to keep them looking awesome for as long as possible.

Zipper

We added a top zipper open function, which is far more elegant and practical way to insert and take out your board out, while allowing easy access to the board and to the built in storage pouch.  Plus, we upgraded the zipper to fancy YKK and double stitching to strengthen the core of the bag.

Inside

The most exciting new addition, is you now have a pouch. You can stick your wax, keys, and money in there. The inside pouch is this water resistant material too.

Straps

Lastly there's a clickable shoulder strap, you can click off or on at your leisure for easy portability, along with a build in handstrap.  Carry it over your shoulder or like briefcase, the choice is yours.

Design

We also decided to go with a much more refined and minimalist design style, which fits in with the Slyde Branding.
