Slyde Handboards #SlydeStoke Photo Contest Winners Announced

Slyde Handboards launched a photo competition right after the holiday season, in eager anticipation of people receiving & sharing the gift of stoke.

The photo contest simply asked people to tag their social media photos with #Slydestoke in order to be placed in a pool to win a complete Slyde Handboard of their choice, a board bag, and leash.  

Over 300 photos were submitted in the 5 week contest, which concluded on Feb 8th 2017.  

"We were so pumped by the photos submitted, we couldn't just pick 1 winner.  We felt a few others that put in the effort deserved a runners up prize too." said Slyde Co-owner Angela Watts

The main grand prize winner was Brian Yee aka @808maukatomakaion Instagram.  He entered over 20 epic photos in the contest, capturing incredible bodysurfing/handboarding images & captivating moments on the Hawaiian Islands.

Runners up were Bernard Frazer known best on Instagram as @BodysurfMaui and Thomas Volkmann aka @Munichslyde whom received Slyde Hats & T-shirts.
