2013 Venice Surf-A-Thon

Get ready for the 20th annual Venice Surf-A-Thon this Saturday, December 14th at the Venice Breakwater.  The first Surf-A-Thon was in 1993, and today it is the longest running surf contest in the Santa Monica Bay area.  Entry fee is $20.00, and it's $25.00 if you enter the day of the Surf-A-Thon.  All proceeds will go to the MLD Elementary school in the Philippines.  The Grom heats take off at 7am, bright and early.  Check out the event's Facebook page for all of the info.
