New Ocean Minded Adventures Episode: Diving with Sea Lions in Catalina

Roxy pro standup paddleboarder Gillian Gibree is back for a third episode of Ocean Minded Adventures.  This time, Gibree catches a ferry over to the rocky Santa Catalina Island just off the coast of Southern California to meet up with spear-fisherman Gregory Cain.  Waterwoman Gibree learns all about breath holding and sourcing your own seafood from spearfishing waterman Cain.

While Gibree gets in some yoga on her SUP, Cain freedives around Catalina's ocean depths with a group of playful sea lions.  It's awesome to watch a waterman and waterwoman come together from two different sports to express their love for the ocean.  We're already excited for the next episode of Ocean Minded Adventures!
