They keep on rolling in: Reviews to make you stoked barrel feast the holidays

2 min read

Customers are truly, what drive small business, actually they are what drive just about any business. Unless of course you are Wolf of Wall Street who I am pretty sure he didn't give a sh*t one way or the other. However if you are the 99% of other business's, customers are the lifeblood that make the whole machine work. Taking that into account there is nothing better for us to hear from you guys  about what you think about us, from the good (which is obviously what we strive for), to the bad ( hey everyone makes mistakes and not everything can go according to plan ) it's really how you deal with them that matters. Hearing your thoughts is one of the most important ways we use to improve. We listen and make changes.

Being a designer, some might say, I have an annoying habit of living my life consumed by objects and the world around me. Evaluating and assessing everything  I come into contact with, not only visually but also processes. I take note of what I personally want out of a company I am doing business with, no matter how big or small the interaction might be. Everyone has had that experience before , there is nothing more annoying than a bad experience with a good company, it's almost like you just lost a best friend.  So From the beginning of Slyde I have vowed to make sure that regardless, even if everything was falling apart around you, which it does more often than not while starting a company.  At the very least, you have great customer service. We have given you our customers a voice by allowing you to review us after every interaction and purchase. We continue to get amazing review after review that make you proud to be a part of something special.  Below is one of the more recent reviews from Michael J over on the east coast stoked to add another Slyder to the SLYDE family

"I bought my first Slyde board (Hipster) back this fall tried it out in the Atlantic. I surf a little and like to just body surf sometimes too. I almost bought a boogy board, but I ran across Slyde's line of hand boards and decided to give it a try. I live close to Cocoa Beach in FL. There were some small 2 foot sets the first day I tried it and I learned that was good enough to get some good rides. I was impressed with how easy it was to get a ride, caught quite a few and was hooked. On my Hipster, I was able to surf 4 to 5 times longer than just plain body boarding. Love it!!! Thanks Slyde!"

Michael's review can be seen on our board bag page and for more reviews on our epic boards glance to the left and click the sticky button on the side or go to our reviews page

and now for some Gratuitous East coast shore break
