Slyde Announces Woman Ryder Winner: Em Kless!

1 min read

After the voting was closed and the Facebook comments were counted, one name emerged as the winner of the Slyde Handboards Female Team Ryder search. Slyde intern Em Kless takes home the Female Team Ryder title, and she couldn't be more excited about it.
"I'm really stoked about becoming a Slyde Team Ryder. It is not only an opportunity for me to elevate my level of bodysurfing, but to show how universal the sport truly is. Handboarding and bodysurfing is for everyone - and I'm ready to help Slyde continue in their mission of spreading smiles and stoke to the world," Em said.
Em will be bringing her handboarding stoke to the Slyde Team from her home state of New Jersey, adding to Slyde's international lineup. "New Jersey may be small, but we take great pride in our shore, which is what makes representing my home extra special," Em said. "I'm so grateful for all the support I received from friends and family who want to see me succeed. They are the real reason that I am on the team, and I couldn't thank them enough!"
Congratulations on the win, Em, and keep spreading the stoke like we know you can!
