International Surfing Day is shredding the coast of Surf City USA on Saturday June 16th.

Slyde Handboards is stoked to be a vendor for the 3rd year in a row.

Located on the Northside of the Pier off of 6th from 8:00am -1:00pm The Surfrider Foundations chapters of Huntington/Seal Beach/Newport/Long Beach are celebrating  International Surfing Day (ISD)in an epic fashion.

International Surfing Day is a day to celebrate the sport of surfing and give back to the oceans, waves and beaches that provide us with so much,” says San Diego County Chapter Manager, Mandy Sackett, “We hope everyone will take a break with us and enjoy what we work tirelessly to protect.

Founded in 2005 by Surfrider Foundation and Surfing Magazine, International Surfing Day started with 16 domestic and one international event, and has grown exponentially to 200-plus events in more than 30 countries. Since its inception, approximately 70 tons of trash has been removed from our beaches.

Slyde will have handboards to demo, and stoke to share.  Be sure to look for our black/white tent and come by and say hi!
